This high performance clinic is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming space to serve patients, while simultaneously supporting DaVita’s goal of addressing climate change through 100% renewable energy sources. This building is designed to operate with a net zero electrical consumption on an annual basis and achieves this through solar panels on the building roof and an integrated solar carport. All onsite combustion has been eliminated from this building.
