This building is a mixed-use development of an existing historic highrise in Detroit. Special consideration was taken to ensure historic elements of the building were retained in the adaptive re-use while still meeting modern building standards. The building is conditioned using high efficiency VRF with energy recovery ventilation throughout to maximize flexibility for future tenants. An onsite standby generator provides operational resiliency as well supports life-safety.​
